Any issues with items you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your packages were lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
All purchases are non-refundable. We do allow exchange or store credit. We take pride in our terms of service, so anything returned should be unworn with all original tags attached. Please note that returns are at the discretion of JMcKay Collection. Store credit will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned items. Any issues you may have, must be communicated via email within 48 hours. Every customer is responsible for their own shipping expenses for returns to JMcKay Collection and shipping items back to customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) which are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging; items must also be free from stains, makeup, or deodorant.
