All purchases are non-refundable. We take pride in our terms of service, so anything returned should be unworn with all original tags attached. You will be issued a store credit within 3 days, returns are at the discretion of JMckay Collection. Any issues with items you must contact us by email within 48 hours. The customer is responsible for their own return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your packages are lost or stolen please contact the carrier.
